150 Party Style max

Weekday & Weekend hire full day 10am - midnight £1650
(guaranteed bar revenue required of £1,000)

Friday & Weekend hire
10am - 6pm £125 per hour (max 5 hour hire)

7pm - Midnight hire (Party Hire)
Friday & Saturday night - £550
(guaranteed bar revenue required of £1,000)

Midweek or Sunday night - £400
(guaranteed bar revenue of £500)

All of above hires come with a fully staffed bar

Hire of Oak Suite without the bar
Weekday or Weekend Full day 10am - midnight - £2,500
Friday or Weekend Day hire 10am-6pm - £125 per hour (max 5 hour hire)
Evening hire of Clubhouse (Sun - Thu) 7pm - Midnight - £140 per hour

All of the above require a 50% deposit when booking and a £250 cleaning deposit.
