Hi All,
we need to shutdown the grounds and prep for the winter so we need volunteers to help out.
The more people we have the quicker we can get the jobs done.

Sundayt 29th Sept 11am to 3pm , if we have enough people we may finish early.

Current Taks List is :
1. put away boundary ropes boht ovals
2. put away covers both ovals
3. take down and put away netting
4. Move sightscreen
5. Litter pick
6. Weeding around car park
7. Strimming around sponsors boards and electronics scoreboards
8. Check all wooden fence lines and secure any loose batons/fencing
9. remove the last few mesh cages wrapped around the trees on site
10. Dust sweep ceilings above and below balcony
11. Tidy / sweep/clean out top oval scorebox before items are put in it
12. Move some benches indoors
13. more jobs/tasks to be confirmed later on

bring gloves and be prepared to get dirty ! :-)
sorry but no children below u15s due to health and safety.
