NB: There is no ‘Any Other Business’ during the AGM, but any issues may be raised, which will then be discussed at the next meeting of the newly elected committee.

If you would like to be considered for a committee position or would like to nominate any member for a position on the committee please note that the deadline for nominations is Sunday 9th November.

In particular this year, we are looking for a treasurer as the position is currently vacant. If you are interested but unsure if you'll be suitable for this position, please talk to a member of the current committee who would be able to give you an idea of what the role entails.
